Makersew is a light industry directory for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Here you can find a garment workshop, a fabric or trims supplier, a pattern maker or an embroiderer, and deal with them directly.

If you need something made

Open the section or city you need, say “Workwear” in Almaty, and see who does it. A company’s page shows what it makes, the smallest order it takes, where it is and how to reach it. Call or message them yourself: we take no commission and don’t stand between you.

If you make, sell or help production

Anyone working in the industry can create a listing: a full-cycle factory or a workshop with five machines, a sole proprietor or an independent specialist, a designer, a technologist, a pattern maker. If you sew, sell fabric and do embroidery, it all fits in one listing.

To join, sign up and press “Add a company”. We review the listing, usually within a business day, and publish it. Can’t find the right section? Write to us and we will add it. And if your company is already listed, write to us from the phone or email on the listing, and we will hand the access over to you.

What “Verified” means

We add this badge when we find the company’s registration number in the state registry, and it matches the listing.

Where listings come from and what it costs

We collected some listings ourselves from open sources, taking only what companies had already published about themselves. The other companies added themselves. An owner can edit, hide or delete their listing at any time, in the account or by writing to us.

All of this is free: search, contacts and listings. If paid services ever appear, we will mark them clearly, and the free listing will stay.
